How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $150 are free. Orders under $150 incur a $12 shipping fee. We recommend always buying 2 boxes of coffee at a time to avoid shipping fees.

What warranty is included?

Purchase: 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, see warranty statement.

Subscription: For the extent of the contract see warranty statement.

What technical assistance is available?

Lavazza Australia has a technical team which can be reached during business hours.

Can I speak to someone in sales?

What if I need to stop or pause coffee deliveries on subscription?

You can pause your subscription once for a maximum of two months after the 12th month of your subscription. The time spent on pause will be added to the end date of subscription.

Please call customer service on 1300 307 171 to arrange or discuss.

What if I want to end the subscription before 24 months?

If you wish to exit early, you must return the equipment and pay the exit fee, equivalent to 50% of the agreed quantity for remaining months and delivery fees.

Where can I view the Ts & Cs of my subscription?

What if I want to change the coffee in my standing order?

You can change any time by calling customer service on 1300 307 171 and selecting option 1 to arrange this. Please call at least 2 business days before your next order is due.

Can I order more coffee than what is included in the subscription?

You can add additional coffee to your order at any time by calling customer service on 1300 307 171 and selecting option 1. Please call at least two business days before your next order is due.

Can I change/upgrade the machine model during my subscription?

To discuss options please contact a sales representative by emailing us at au.salesocs@lavazza.com.

What happens at the end of the 24 month subscription?

Towards the end of your subscription a sales representative will contact you to see if you would like to update or renew.

How many capsules in a box?

Coffee: 100 capsules in each box. Each box contains one blend/type of capsule.

Hot chocolate is in a box of 50.

How does capsule recycling work?

Participating in your office, or organisation is completely free and very easy. Once collected, and shipped to Terracycle, Lavazza capsules are shredded to separate the coffee ground from the outer packaging. The plastic is then cleaned and melted into hard plastic that can be remoulded to make new recycled products. More details.

How long should it take for me to receive the coffee machine?

2-5 business days. Please note that machine and coffee may arrive separately.

How can I track my deliveries?

Once your order is dispatched, if you provided a mobile phone number you will recieve tracking information via text.

What capsules can I use?

Only Lavazza Blue. These capsules are not available at supermarkets or other retail outlets. They must be purchased from Lavazza directly.

What happens if I need to update details?

You can update your contact and delivery details by calling customer service on 1300 307 171 and selecting option 1. Please call at least two business days before your next order is due if you need to change the delivery address.

Can I use any generic milk powder, chocolate powder or cleaning products?

No. The products Lavazza supply are specifically designed for these machines and other products may damage the machine voiding any warranties and incurring a cost.
