Where does Big Wet spring water come from?

We source our water from two deep underground springs in picturesque hills of Daylesford Victoria, we control the quality of our natural spring water from source to you & with one of the lowest dissolved solids no after taste & so very refreshing.
We pump, transport and store the spring water in food-grade stainless steel at all times.

Does Big Wet charge a fee for spring water delivery?

No unlike many of our competitors all Big Wet products are delivered to your door (greater Melbourne & Geelong regions) FREE OF CHARGE – No Fuel Levy here!

Do I have to call to organize my spring water delivery?

No. We place you on a regular monthly delivery cycle more frequent deliveries can be made by special arrangement.
Remember, you don’t need to be home to receive your normal water delivery, but we would appreciate it if you leave your empty bottles out for us

What sizes of bottled spring water do you have?

11Ltr and 15Ltr returnable refillable bottles available BPA Free and 12 Ltr PET (One Way). Also cases of 20 x 500ml bottles in both Still & Sparkling Water.

For customers who have Big Wet at home…

Pay by credit card or EFT for the initial delivery and then for subsequent orders you may pay monthly by ongoing credit card payment.

For customers who have Big Wet at the office…

After the initial credit card or EFT payment, and then for subsequent orders you may pay monthly (if an account customer) you can choose to pay us by cheque, credit card, or EFT.

Yes, bank details can be found on your invoice.
