No. We place you on a regular monthly delivery cycle more frequent deliveries can be made by special arrangement.
Remember, you don’t need to be home to receive your normal water delivery, but we would appreciate it if you leave your empty bottles out for us.
We offer 11L and 15L returnable and refillable bottles (BPA free). “Returnable” means these bottles remain our property and aren’t intended to be kept – once returned, they’re professionally cleaned, sterilised, and refilled for reuse. We also stock cases of 20 x 500ml bottles in both still and sparkling water.

Yes — Big Wet Spring Water services bottled water coolers in Victoria only. Coolers under rental contracts are serviced and maintained by Big Wet’s team of professional route service managers, while customer-owned coolers can be serviced for a nominal charge by booking through our Operations Manager.
